AFM announcer to call the shots at MotoGP

Laguna Seca promotions recently announced that longtime AFM roadracing announcer John Fosgate would be joining the team of Brian Drebber and Chris Ernst, as one of the event announcers for the Red Bull U.S. Grand Prix.

"Brian Drebber is a veteran of motorsports announcing and a staple of the industry, while Chris Ernst is a phenomenal crowd favorite. | His involvement with motorcycles and roadracing has gone well beyond the microphone, with experience as an AFM Race School Instructor, a position on the AFM Board of Directors, and an instructor for Zoom Zoom Trackdays. In addition to his duties as the announcer at AFM events, Fosgate also races a pair of Yamaha GP bikes - a TZ250 and a TZ125.
